I started playing lacrosse in first grade. By the 5th grade I was trying out for my first local travel team. Living in Bend Oregon makes it more than 3 hours across the mountains to travel to most Oregon tournaments. In the 9th grade I made 3D Oregon and started traveling to Portland to play. I made Varsity my Freshman year and named Honorable Mention for all league. I scored 30 goals and had 12 assists my Sophomore year. I pride myself on my ability to make plays and my team relies on me for man down defense. I also have played football and was asked to play JV quarterback when I had never played before. This year I took the initiative to become an assistant to the Varsity Head Coach and played the last 6 weeks of the season mostly on special teams. I am Junior Representative on student council and enjoy learning about leadership and helping my school community. I am taking AP Psychology and am interested in studying Criminal Psychology in college. I have had some challenges with my heart health and chose to have an ablation when I was 9 so that I could continue to play sports. I love to ski, golf, and play basketball.
