Connor LuValle
Recruit Profile
Strong and physical lefty pole with good size and a team first attitude. A hustler who never quits. Hardest worker in the room.
I have started playing lacrosse in seventh grade, and in order to get better, I work very hard at lacrosse. I usually work out in my front yard, using an agility ladder or going to the gym to lift and get stronger. I have never missed a weight room session in the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school year and as a result have improved my mass and fitness by a large amount. I am a natural righty but lefty is more comfortable for lacrosse. I pride myself on my on ball defense and footwork, as well as my off ball skills and communication. I was recently named a Captain for the 2022 spring season. However, there is always room to improve in everything so I continue to find out what I can do to get better, and work on what I can. Off the field, I took AP U.S. History and AP Biology my junior year. My senior year, I a plan on taking AP environmental, AP Calc, and AP Psychology. I also am in the NJ Science league for biology division and I am in the environmental club at my school where we go on clean-ups and help our town stay clean and green. I am an avid outdoorsmen, and enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking. I also like to read. I also work as a lifeguard for my local town pool, and I use the money I earn to pay for my club lacrosse fees, equipment, film, and showcases. I hope to play competitively, and receive the best education I possibly can. I'm also taking SSDM runs this year, which helps my technique and versatility in the back end. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio.
