Cooper started playing lacrosse 3 years ago as a rec player for Great Valley Youth Lacrosse League. He played on the Great Valley Middle School team for 2 years. He has been a proud member of the Freedom Lacrosse club for the past 2 years and is excited to embark on his 3rd season with Freedom Red 2021. He was selected for the Chester County U-15 All-Star team in the Spring of 2017. He was also chosen to be part of the All-Star team at the Baltimore Summer Kickoff Tournament in 2017. Cooper is eager to begin his lacrosse career at Malvern Prep and knows there is still so much to learn and love about the game. He is proud to be surrounding himself with teammates and coaches who will make him a better player on and off the field.

Cooper is in the midst of his Freshman year at Malvern Prep. He was elected, by his peers, as a student council representative for his class. He has been enjoying the diverse curriculum that Malvern Prep has to offer, taking Chinese as his language of choice and exploring the guitar as one of his electives. He was an integral part of the Freshman football team playing Linebacker, Slot receiver and on both the kickoff and punt return teams. He is proud to have made the JV basketball team at Malvern Prep, where the skill sets transcend well into lacrosse. Cooper finished his first semester at the end of December with just over a 4.0 and was recognized for his accomplishments with Distinguished Honors.

Sophomore year is in full swing. Proud to have been part of both the Varsity Football and Basketball teams. The football team finished as Inter-Ac Champs. The basketball team finished 2nd in the Inter-Ac. My academics continue to be a priority as I finished the first semester with a 4.0. In the fall Malvern Prep played in East Coast Fall Invitational where Cooper was selected for the All-Tournament Team.
