When I was 13, I was introduced to the game of lacrosse, first playing defense, now playing goalie, and I have not stopped since. I was the starting goalie my 8-11th grade year. I am comfortable communicating to players on the field, and going outside of the crease to help my team on clears or transitions. I feel I have a great presence on the field and always try my best. I currently play lacrosse, golf, and basketball, however, lacrosse comes first. I am taking AP U.S. History, AP Lang & Comp, AP Environmental Science, and Advanced Orchestra. I have over 150 hours of community service, 3 hours of college credit, lobbying experience, and I coach middle school basketball, golf, and lacrosse in my free time. I was voted 'Most Likely to Become a Motivational Speaker' on my lacrosse team. Currently (as of April 7th) I am ranked #1 in the state of Tennessee, and am avraging a 59.7% save percentage for my Junior season. I would like to pursue a career in Sports Management or Sports Medicine. Lacrosse has taught me many life lessons and I have developed a deep passion for the game. One day I would like to coach lacrosse to honor all the people who have poured their time and commitment into making me a better person, student, and leader.
