I have played at the highest level of lacrosse by putting in the time and effort to be the best. I focus on playing the right way and having strong fundamentals. My goal is for each player to understand lacrosse and to recognize their own strengths as well as being a good teammate and helping their team succeed. My instruction style is structured as well as high energy. This has all been proven through my years of playing. I have won two national championships in Division I and was a 3 time All-American in college. I moved on to the professional level where I have played for the Denver Outlaws, Chesapeake Bayhawks, and Rochester Rattlers in Major League Lacrosse. I was named the Rookie of the Year after my first season. I have also learned to change my game by playing in the National Lacrosse League for the Orlando Titans and Philadelphia Wings. Outside of lacrosse I enjoy many other athletic activities such as basketball and outdoor sports. Lacrosse has given me many opportunities and I have in turn made it a goal to learn the game of lacrosse through its true roots and it has given me a deeper respect for the sport.
