Deanna Radcliffe is entering her fifth year as an assistant coach at Cleary University.

She also serving as the head coach of the high school varsity lacrosse and field hockey programs at Hartland High School. Additionally, Radcliffe is a head coach for the Cyclones Lacrosse travel program, as well as the field hockey and girl’s lacrosse programs at the Legacy Center.

Radcliffe spent seven seasons as the varsity head coach at South Lyon High School before moving on to coach at Hartland. As a high school lacrosse coach, Radcliffe holds the distinction as currently owning the second most wins in MHSAA history, nine Regional Championships, nine semi-final appearances and one state runner-up.

Radcliffe has also spent time coaching for Champion Lacrosse. Before relocating to Michigan in 2006, Radcliffe coached at Great Valley High School in Pennsylvania, where she was also a camp counselor and an administrative assistant at the United Sports Training Center. Radcliffe's high school coaching accolades include being named All League Coach of the Year in 2008, as well as the Ann Arbor News Coach of the Year in 2008 and 2009.

Radcliffe possesses Level I, Level II and Level III US Lacrosse Certifications and is a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance. Radcliffe is CPR & First Aid Certified.

Prior to her coaching career, Radcliffe played for Division I Temple University in Philadelphia. As a player, Radcliffe was named the Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Year in 2003. She was also named to the All-Championship Team, Academic All-Conference Team, Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team, Player of the Week three times and named Regional All-American as a senior.

Radcliffe is an Elementary Special Education Teacher within Howell Public Schools and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary & Special Education from Temple University and a Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Sports Leadership & Coaching from Michigan State University.'
