I currently serve as Headstrong Lacrosse's General Manager for Girls Lacrosse Programming, as well as serve as trainer and coach for the Philly Girls Travel Lacrosse program (2015-present). I have coached field hockey, basketball and lacrosse for over 35+years in the Philadelphia. My lacrosse coaching included positions as both the head and assistant lacrosse coach at Penn Charter (1988-present), The Baldwin school and Harriton High School. Prior to coaching high school I helped to establish and coach the Varsity lacrosse program at Villanova, and was head coach at Swarthmore. I was also the first-ever female athletic director at Penn Charter, and not only established girls athletics at the school, but founded the girls lacrosse program.

Prior to coaching, I was selected as an All-American at Central Bucks West HS and West Chester University for lacrosse. Following graduation from college and prior to starting my coaching career, I went on to play for the Philadelphia Association and the US national lacrosse teams until 1987, and included a tour of Canda.

I have been honored both by Central Bucks West High School and Penn Charter by being incucted to their Hall of Fame, not only as an athlete but as a coach. In 2015, I was inducted in the Eastern PA Chapter of the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame as a player, coach and contributor.
