Delaney Jackson
Recruit Profile
Extremely coachable, high lacrosse IQ, always a leader by action, hard working, competitive and aggressive. Also plays varsity basketball on a state champion basketball team.
I started playing lacrosse in kindergarten. I used to play club soccer for PDA but wanted to play other sports. I have also played travel basketball since 4th grade and played varsity basketball as a freshman. I always want to be the hardest working player on the field or court. I have been selected as a camp All-Star at the UNC Summer Elite camp (2019), Maximum Exposure (2019) and Nike Philly Invitational (2020). I was selected for the WPLL Futures Summit (Team NJ) and won the championship there. This past summer I was selected for the UA150, Elite 120, and UA All-American games.

Delaney is an energetic, force on the field. She is strong and has IQ that is prominent on offense, defense and through the midfield. She is the complete package and makes her teammates around her better. Off the field, she is a wonderful and caring friend, daughter, sister and teammate.
K.C. Knobloch
Delaney is arguably the best player on the field most games. She consistently competes, winning draws, winning one v one on attack and looks to get others involved in the scoring column. She is unselfish to a fault but can take over a game with her ability.
Erika Hennessy
Delaney is your all-around midfielder. Her overall IQ is strong and she excels on the draw no matter if she takes it herself or is on the circle. Her work ethic sets her apart from the rest, and is apparent as soon as she steps on the field.
Jeff Niederberger
Delaney is a complete midfielder, playing at a high level both defensively and offensively. She looks to push the ball in transition and can be counted on to make the right play. If NJ allowed 8th graders to play varsity, she would have been on varsity sooner.
Colleen Hancox
Delaney is a powerful midfielder and draw specialist. She is gritty when challenging for 50/50 balls. On attack, she is shifty, goes hard to goal, and always has her head up for the assist. She has great IQ on defense and her footwork makes her hard to beat.
