She has unmatched speed and endurance and is constantly pushing her teammaes and leading by example. She is supportive, encouraging, coachable, and selfless. Laney is 100% hustle in the midfield. She can be trusted on the draw as well as on the circle. She is a valuable asset on transition to attack and is a leader in assists, always looking for an open teammate on fast break and settled attack. Highly unselfish, when she pulls the trigger to go to goal herself, her fast and accurate shot most likely goes in. She is an extremely supportive teammate on and off the field and when given a challenge, accepts and exceeds expectations.
