Self-driven, leader, determined and strong. I have been studying and playing the game since I was 8. I have clear goals to be at my best.
I started playing lacrosse in 2nd grade. The summer of my 7th grade year I played for two club teams. I was the lead center (draw) and scorer for both. Dodging, shooting, and the draw are my favorite things to do and I am very comfortable with each. I am very confident in my one on one defense and team defense. This spring season I was the only freshman to make varsity on my high school team. In the upcoming school year I will be taking all honors classes and IB Biology and AP History. I ran track for the first time this past winter and loved it! I became faster and even more disciplined during the season, but nothing compares to lacrosse. I’m so happy to be moving past Covid to fully enjoying the time with my friends and family.

Devon is an outstanding midfielder with the combination of being strong, fast and athletic. She is very confident taking the draw or being on the draw circle which is a great asset to the team knowing we have a good chance she will come up the possession. She is excellent with the ball in her stick and has the stick skills to pass, fake or dodge. She can match up with any opposing offensive player and is not afraid to mix it up with anyone in legal lacrosse fashion. She is in great physical shape and is always ready to take the field in any condition (hot, cold, rain, wind, etc.) and she is always ready to play the game.

Devon is by far one of the most explosive, athletic players i have coached. Complete game changer, as she is powerful, excellent footwork, acceleration, change of direction/speed, high lax IQ and understands her team mates. Easily can take over a game, dominate on defense stifling her opponent
