I started playing lacrosse in 6th grade in Howard County, Maryland. I experienced some great coaches during that time which molded by fundamentals and understanding of the game. After playing on the Stockton Mens Lacrosse team, I started coaching and training youth players in Marlton NJ. For the past three years I have specialized in dodging and stick work training, working with mostly offensive players and middies. With my team of trainers at Locked in Lacrosse, we provided individual and group training sessions through the year for beginners and advanced players of all positions.
