Earle Grey has been playing hockey or lacrosse for as long as he can remember. He grew up playing hockey, field and box lacrosse in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. As a hockey player he played Oshawa AAA minor hockey, and as field lacrosse player, he was a member of multiple U-19 Ontario Championship and Canadian Championship teams as well as at the senior level for the Oshawa Blue Knights Lacrosse Club. He played box lacrosse for the Toronto Beaches Junior A, and Brooklyn Redman Senior A teams in the early 1990's. He was a member of Team Canada from 1993-94, participating in the Commonwealth Games in Victoria, BC. He played his college lacrosse at Whittier College in California, and St Andrews College in North Carolina graduating with his degree in Sports Medicine in 1997. In college, Earle was a long stick takeaway defender, three time captain, preseason All-American, and set a school record with 13 long stick goals in his senior year. Post graduate he moved to Maryland, and played club lacrosse for Mount Washington Tavern, Baltimore Lacrosse Club, and Gait Brothers Lacrosse. His wealth of playing top notch lacrosse has afforded him to play alongside some of the top lacrosse legends in the game including Paul and Gary Gait, Casey Powel, John Tavares, and Tom Marechek on the field and in the arena.
