Hello coaches! My name is Edie Wilkins. I started playing lacrosse at the age of 7. At the time, my older sister played for a Middle School team that was short on players. I have always been tall, so they put me on the field! I instantly fell in love with the sport. Since then, it has been my dream to be a college athlete. Over the years, I have played midfield, attack and defense. I believe that I am a threat on the field in every position. I use both my left and right hands confidently and I pride myself on my ability to keep my stick up and intercept passes. My twin sister (Ellie) and I are the only freshman on varsity basketball at Hagerty High School, and I also am enrolled in a full Honors schedule.

Outside of sports, I am also passionate about serving my community. I regularly volunteer at my church in the children's ministry as well as assist local businesses in charity events. I also serve as a staffer for a leadership school named Teenpact. Teenpact is a week-long camp that takes place at our local state capital. As a staffer, I am given the opportunity to lead and teach other teens from my state all about the political process and leadership tactics.
