Weeks is a Bronx native and a graduate of St. Andrew’s School (Del.). He then attended Williams College and was a three-year starter and two-sport athlete in both lacrosse and football.

Weeks has spent the last seven years developing his coaching skills and expanding his knowledge of the game at a number of secondary institutions. From 2009-10, he taught and coached several sports at Emily N. Carey School in Harlem, N.Y. and has spent three years at the Asheville School in North Carolina. Weeks specializes in defensive schemes, as well as strength and conditioning for Wesleyan.

Weeks has his masters degree from Wesleyan after interning for the athletic department. He has coached lacrosse, football, and basketball during his time in Middletown.
