I have coached Ellie for 3 years at Northampton High. Ellie is not only a talented lacrosse player, but she is also a great teammate. Her lacrosse IQ is one of the best I have ever seen in my coaching career. She works hard in the off season and stays focused during the season. Ellie can play throughout the midfield and attack, she also has taken the draw quite a few times for the team and has been successful. Ellie is also a team leader and a great role model for the younger girls. She dedicates all of her effort and time to the team.

Elise is an extremely easy player to coach, has a great attitude and works hard at improving her game. She is becoming very confident in using her non dominant side. She also has a feel for the game situation and always seems to be in the right position to make a play. Elise is working on her leadership skills and I expect her to be the leader of the team for the 2022 season. She is best used at midfield with her offensive skills, but is also becoming a strong defender. She is also working on speed drills, and she should be one of the top players in our conference. I feel Elise will be a successful player at most Division II or Division III programs. More importantly, I feel she will be successful in her career path, she is hard working in everything she does, and is an extremely good person.
