I am a rising junior who started on varsity during the 2021 spring season. I have also been a defensive starter for the Belles Lacrosse Club for four years. I take pride on my quick reflexes and ability to know the exact time to slide on defense to support my teammate. I am stellar defending along the crease along with the entire 8-meter as a whole. My love for lacrosse has continued to development since I began playing in third grade. I am a leader on and off the field, and always ready to support my teammates. Academically I am a very dedicated and accomplished student being in the top 10% of my class with a 4.45 weighted GPA. I consistently strive for excellence and enjoy challenges which is why I take the highest possible classes including AP in all available subjects and two foreign languages, (German and Spanish). I have also been on the Honor Roll for 10 consecutive semesters. In eighth grade, I was selected by the teaching staff to be the recipient of the American Legion Award for academic excellence and character. This award is considered the highest honor for the graduating class. I am also the Vice President of my schools HOSA Club along with being a member of student government. I participate in UNICEF club as well. I am motivated to improve every time I step onto the field and into a classroom. I would like to be successful and my hard work and dedication to everything I set my mind to will help me attain that goal.
