I began playing lacrosse when I was 10 years old. I quickly developed a passion for the game and excelled in the defensive position. I was a three sport athlete until my freshman year when I decided to quit basketball to focus on my lacrosse training. My freshman year I played at the JV level for lacrosse, and I was fortunate enough for the few weeks of my Sophmore season to practice with Varsity. I have been playing competitive lacrosse for SJS for the past three years and I have excelled. Throughout that time I have learned that I am a coachable team player with a strong drive for success. As a defender I am communicative with my teammates and quick to shut down a drive to the cage. I am a strong defender not only on ball, but off ball as well.
Academically, I have a schedule filled with rigorous honors and AP level classes. I have maintained a GPA of 4.8 while not only focusing on lacrosse, but being involved within my community and school as well.
