Quick, Athletic, runners physique, head is always up, moves to the ball, team player, cross-country runner in the Fall, competes against the best at Integrity Club and Archbishop Spalding HS.
I have played lacrosse for as long as I can remember, and love every aspect of it. Some of the strongest aspects of my game are my agility, my strong defensive position, my ability to see and know the field and what is happening in the 8 meter. I am very confident in high pressure defense and 1v1 circumstances. I also run varsity cross country during the school year.

Very speedy defensive oriented player with great work rate. Spunky, swift and aggressive Ella makes a fabulous defensive midfielder. Plays well in Man or Zone (Rover, Backer or hybrid). Asks great questions and is hungry to learn. Solid shooter and has upside as a 2-way midfielder. A joy to coach.
