My name is Emily Castela, I've been playing lacrosse for almost 10 years now. It has been my passion my entire life, I am looking into becoming a referee and I'd even like to coach in the future. I love to watch the sport, mens and women's, to learn more about lacrosse and improve my lax IQ. I am also always working to improve my shot accuracy and speed, my footwork, and my stick skills. I play on Ultimate NJ Blue for Ultimate lacrosse in Princeton NJ. This past season, I won an award for teams most assists! I was an elite swimmer for 6 years, and I play field hockey for my high school. I am taking honors English this year in school and I pride myself on my high grades in school and hard work in everything I do!
