The program has also won the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference regular-season title (undefeated in 2015 and 2016), MWLC Tournament championship and a berth in the NCAA Division III Tournament in back-to-back seasons (2015 and 2016).

Schoessow was named the MWLC Coach of the Year in 2015 and has coached Lauren Paquin (2018, Co-Midfielder of the Year, All-MWLC First Team, 2017, All-MWLC First Team, 2016 MWLC Rookie of the Year, 2016 All-MWLC First Team) Allison Kurek (2018, All-MWLC First Team, 2017, IWLCA All-Great Lakes Region Second Team, 2017 All-MWLC First Team, 2016, IWLCA All-Great Lakes Region Second Team, 2016 MWLC Offensive Player of the Year, 2016 MWLC Defensive Player of the Year, 2015 IWLCA All-Great Lakes Region First Team, 2015 MWLC Rookie of the Year), Hannah Redden (2015 MWLC Offensive Player of the Year) and Sammi Reiter (2014 IWLCA All-Great Lakes Region Second Team, 2014 MWLC Offensive Player of the Year and 2012 MWLC Newcomer of the Year).

In addition, she has coached 35 All-MWLC performers.

Schoessow's team have improved in each of her first six seasons after she built the program from scratch prior to 2011. The Falcons didn't win a contest in 2011, won three games in 2012, before capturing the seven wins and a MWLC Tournament appearance in 2013, followed by the 2014 achievements and a spot in the MWLC Tournament as the No. 3 seed. The 2016 campaign was a banner season with its victories and accolades.

Schoessow played four years of women's lacrosse and ice hockey at Connecticut College where she was captain of both squads.

She was named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association All-Region team after her junior and senior seasons. Lacrosse has always been a part of Mason's life as her mother has been the head coach at Williams College for the past 27 years.
