Hi my name is Emma Caione and I am a junior at New Canaan High School. I have been playing lacrosse for my town since I was nine and joined my club program when I was 13. I play defense and I am an aggressive player on the field filled with lots of passion for the sport. I have caused numerous turnovers, can execute at a high level, play tight man-on-man defense, and have a great ability to read the field for sliding. In addition to lacrosse I am also on the Varsity Cross Country team. In my free time I participate in National Charity League, and volunteer in a program for special needs, as well as under-privileged children.

Emma possesses an incredibly high defensive IQ, she is a natural leader who makes others better around her. She is physical on ball, vocal off ball and has great feet. She excels at 50/50 ground balls within the 8m and has the stick skills to efficiently clear the ball.
