Hard working, determined, highly skilled play maker; varsity letters - x country + indoor track (States); high honors, very responsible.
I have been playing lacrosse since 1st grade. I am the lead attack player for my club team. I started running track and field as a freshman and made varsity as well as invitationals including Yale Invitational. Varsity cross country first year (sophomore) as well as selected for the Connecticut state meet. As a High Honors Student in several AP's and advanced classes, I enjoy science and writing. Volunteer at the YMCA helping special needs kids, and youth sports. Participate in Mentors and More (supervising kindergarten students), and Student Advocate (includes improving school climate). I referee youth lacrosse (Jr. Ref Lacrosse certified) and teach 3rd-4th graders how to play lacrosse. I am American Red Cross certified for babysitting. I was selected by my teachers and guidance counselor to be a student ambassador for new students coming into my high school and take on the task of making their transition a positive experience. After volunteering for a few years at the Y working with special needs kids, I was hired to work part-time as an employee. This year, 2020, my track and field 4x800 relay, recently won States and were are Class L champs! I was recently accepted into the National Honor Society at my school!
