Profile
My passion for lacrosse has transformed from playing into helping girls realize their potential & grow confidence within their game through individual sessions!

Growing up as a competitive soccer & lacrosse player, I have had a long career in athletics. I served as a 2-year Captain of the Severna Park High School soccer team where we made it to 1 State Championship & a 2-year Captain of the Severna Park High School lacrosse team where we won 3 State Championships. I was named to the All-State team for multiple years. I went on to play lacrosse for 5 years at Penn State where I was a 3-year Captain & 4-year starter on very successful teams, including 2 trips to the Final Four. I graduated with a double major in Communications & Labor & Employment Relations but have chosen to focus on lacrosse training. I have experience working with athletes from as young as 5 years old to the collegiate level. I have coached countless camps, clinics, etc. & have closely worked with many teams in both soccer & lacrosse for 10+ years. I have coached on the East Coast in Maryland & North Carolina including multiple club teams, Penn State Lacrosse Camp, & many more. In addition to my team coaching experience, I have been providing private lessons to female lacrosse players of all ages for about 8+ years. I typically start out each session with stretching & agilities because every athlete can always improve on their footwork. From there we work on a lot of stick work because no matter position that you play, stick work is extremely important. We will then move on to position specific or athlete specific skills that each individual player would like to focus on in order to improve their game. I generally end each session with a stick trick to keep it extra interesting! (Sometimes throw in some conditioning that I will take part in)
