I started playing lacrosse in kindergarten. I am able to play any position, but I am most comfortable using my speed and quick feet to play defense, and my stamina to help on midfield . Being an athlete is a way of life for me. In the fall I run cross country. This past season I ran a 5k with a time of 20 minutes, 21 seconds which was an accomplishment for me and a personal record. My winters are spent playing basketball. I love the fast pace of the game and driving to the basket. In the spring, I am a member of the PGA Junior golf league, although most of my time is spent on the LAX field! I also enjoy spending time in the pool swimming for the BLUE FISH, the summer swim team at our community pool. This summer I will be working as a life guard. Although busy with many sports, lacrosse is really my passion. Academics are important to me as well. My favorite subject in school is US History. At times, school can be challenging for me, but I use my competitive nature to overcome these obstacles. I love spending time with my family and visiting my grandmother on Cape Cod. My family tries to attend church every Sunday, and I make it a point to volunteer in our community when I can.
