Evan is a student of the game. He uses his time well at practice, is self motivated and always sharpening his individual skills on his own, does his own film review of his recent performance and dives into scouting future opponents. Excellent stick, constantly increasing Lacrosse IQ, and emerging athleticism. Evan has a big upside from a program that is emerging and untapped. Youth program is six years old and high school with five years under our belt. Evan is quiet leader but does speak up in pivotal moments. He is always on task. Very coachable, competitive demeanor, and comes with zero reservations on his approach and commitment to the process. His development strategy includes playing True Club and he takes advantage of every opportunity locally that is available. Above all, Evan is a high character young man. He is a positive friend to others and inclusive in his leadership style. Evan makes positive and healthy choices. He can also always be counted on when I solicit volunteers for various things.
