Frank is no stranger to success within the state of Minnesota in the sport of lacrosse. From 2002-2012 Frank was on the coaching staff at the University of Minnesota Duluth as the Bulldogs Offensive Coordinator and was the Head Coach beginning in 2010. During that span, UMD went on to win 10 Upper Midwest Lacrosse Conference Titles and advanced to the National Tournament 10 times. In 2013, Coach Clark was inducted into the UMD Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

At the high school level, Frank has experience as both the Head Coach at Benilde St. Margarets and at The Blake School. At Blake from 2013-2017, Coach Clark led the Bears to five Minnesota Independent Athletic Conference Championships, five Section Final appearances, and four State Tournaments. Frank is currently the Head Coach at Saint Thomas Academy, Coaching Director and Board Member for the Mendota Heights Youth Lacrosse Association, and is also a Co-Founder, Director of Player Development, and 2029 Head Coach for Team Minnesota, which was founded in 2008.

Frank is a graduate of Malvern Preparatory School, a nationally ranked lacrosse program, in Malvern, PA and played collegiately at nationally ranked Denison University, in Granville, OH.
