Head Coach at St Ambrose University, I have been a college level coach for 15 years with over 45 years experience in lacrosse.

Rogers has been involved with lacrosse for more than 45 years, and has an extensive background in both the men's and women's game.

He joined St. Ambrose after spending five years at the University of Montevallo (Ala.), an NCAA Division II school, where he was hired as the first head coach of the women's lacrosse program in January 2015. He previously started women's lacrosse programs at both Brevard (N.C.) College and Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich. Rogers also oversaw the men's lacrosse program at Aquinas.

"We are excited to add someone of Frank's caliber to our staff," Shovlain said. "He is an outstanding individual with years of experience, and he has significant recruiting ties in lacrosse hotbeds around the country."

Before joining Aquinas, Rogers spent nine years as a high school boys' lacrosse coach in Michigan and New York and also coached the men's and women's club teams at Western Michigan University.

A native of central New York, Rogers has worked camps for Notre Dame, Northwestern, Virginia, Louisville and Vanderbilt, while also running his own camps.

Through Student Athlete World, Rogers coached a group of men's and women's college players in the Berlin Open in June 2017 and coached in the Lisbon Lacrosse Cup in Portugal and Spain in June 2019.
