I have been an avid lacrosse player for 20 years and one of my greatest joys continues to be competing on a lacrosse field. However, as a high school varsity player I realized that I was even more passionate about teaching and coaching than I was about playing. Upon graduation in 1999, I immediately pursued a position coaching high school lacrosse at the age of 18. As a college player I continued to develop my coaching craft by serving as a starter, captain, president, and eventual head coach of my college team. After graduating college I served as the VP of Operations for a large lacrosse organization in the Midwest. In 10 years with the company I coached tens of thousands of players, ran large-scale leagues, tournaments, combines, travel teams, coaching clinics, and private/small group lessons. Immersing myself in the lacrosse world gave me insight into developmental techniques that others are not aware of.

I used my many hours of private training to develop a curriculum unlike any other in lacrosse training. In my leagues and tournaments, I noticed that certain players excelled on the lacrosse field not because of their athletic ability, but because they spent extra time to hone their fundamental skills. I worked with these athletes to create a curriculum that resulted in MEASURABLE improvement in the most critical lacrosse skills. It is not uncommon for my athletes to experience a 200% increase in measurable lacrosse metrics (shot speed, shot accuracy, ground ball proficiency, weak handed proficiency, wall ball metrics.)
