Grace possesses laser focus when learning new skills and is able to apply the adjustments quicker than her peers. Super coachable. Eager to learn. Eager to get better and more dominant in some capacity each and every training session. Because of Grace’s determination, focus, and personality she is a joy to work with. Grace also happens to be the fastest female athlete we’ve ever trained in the past 10 years including numerous Division 1 lacrosse, soccer, field hockey, and softball players. She sits atop the leaderboard in the 10 yard dash, 20 yard dash, 40 yard dash, and the “flying 10” test which speaks volumes about her athleticism. In the final minutes of the game make sure to get the ball to Grace and she will take care of the rest. Born to compete at the highest level!

I have been working with Grace for almost a year now in the gym to get stronger, and her hard work and attention to detail is unparalleled. Grace has put on about 50 pounds to her deadlift and 40 pounds to her squat. She's also improved her top-end speed and agility, all of which shows up in her ability to be more physical on the field and beat out her competition. Along with her physical gains, she has the mental toughness that you look for in a competitive athlete and teammate. She wakes up for her lifts at 6AM before school, asks questions on how she can continue to excel and improve and takes feedback well with making quick changes. Grace would, without a doubt, be a great addition to any college lacrosse team!
