I began playing lacrosse in fourth grade and haven't stopped since. I first started playing lacrosse as a midfielder, but soon found a love for defense, communicating with others to get a turn over and chase down any threats on the field. The best part of defense is knowing when my team gets a goal, that the turn over started with us. I am a dedicated person who works hard with my coaches and teammates to better not only myself, but the team. I have always been an athletic person who likes to involve myself in multiple sports. In addition to lacrosse I swim for my varsity high school team and I ran for my varsity cross country team. I also participate in a club water polo team. Academically, I am in all honors classes and one AP class with a 4.0 GPA. Next year I am taking five AP courses and at least one honors course. I am also a mini-thon food head at my school.
