Guy Bourdon enters into his second season as Head Coach in the 2020 season.

In his first season, Bourdon led the team to an 8-7 overall record and a 5-6 record in the NE10 Conference. The Hounds earned multiple national rankings throughout the season with the highest being 17th. A highlight of the season was when the team defeated No. 9 Tampa 11-10. Seven of the Hounds were named to the NEILA Preseason All-New England Teams, while Bourdon helped Travis Reid and Colby Hamwey earn NE10 honors during the season. Hamwey was also named to the USILA DII Team of the Week for the week of March 5. Bourdon also led Tim Tierney and Sean Laughlin to NE10 All-Conference honors along with Tierney and Brett Jennings earned All-New England Second-Team honors.

Bourdon was introduced as Assumption's men's lacrosse head coach on January 22, 2019 and brings head coaching experience at Division III Benedictine, along with five years spent as an assistant coach in the NE10.

Bourdon took the head coaching position at DIII Benedictine in July of 2015 and led the Eagles to a pair of 11-win seasons in his three years with the team, finishing with a 28-23 career record. This past year they won seven conference games for the first time in program history. The Eagles finished 2018 with an 11-7 mark overall and had the first player in program history to earn MLC Conference Offensive Player of the Year honors. During his three seasons, the program produced 19 all-conference student-athletes and one CoSIDA Academic All-American. Bourdon helped raise the team cumulative GPA from a 2.7 to 3.2 over his three seasons and his program has also been active in the community.

Prior to Benedictine, Bourdon was an assistant coach and defensive coordinator at Le Moyne from 2010-15. During his time with the Dolphins, the team never lost more than three games in a season, highlighted by winning the 2013 NCAA Championship. He was also part of a Dolphins staff which reached the NCAA Championship game in 2015. Over his five years, the team went 50-3 in the NE10, while his defense led the nation in goals against each year. He helped produce ten All-Americans and was selected as the NCAA Division II Assistant Coach of the Year in 2013.

Bourdon worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over ten years prior to his time at Le Moyne, while coaching various high school programs in the Midwest. He is a native of Syracuse, N.Y.
