I have been playing lacrosse since the second grade. I have been playing with Westchester Elite Lacrosse Club since the sixth grade and am strong in scoring goals and assists as an attack. I excel at role dodge and can score with both hands. I am a varsity lacrosse attack for New Fairfield High School since freshman year, a team that won the CT State Championship in 2019 for the third year in a row. My teammates included multiple seniors committed to D1 and D2 lacrosse. I am also a varsity field hockey defense player for NFHS since freshman year and was a starter as a sophomore and a starter in my current junior year. My field hockey team advanced to South West Connecticut Conference championship, the first time in nine years, but our championship game was cancelled due to COVID. I made honor roll all four quarters freshman, sophomore and current junior year, with a vigorous schedule that includes AP English, Honors World History and Yearbook II. My academic interests include writing- English is my favorite subject. I combine my love for writing with my strong interest in photography as a member of the Honors Yearbook team at NFHS. I just received the award along with a select few in my yearbook class for the "NFHS 2020 Yearbook Winning First Place with Special Merits from the American Scholastic Association Contest." Other extracurricular activities include reading along with writing poetry and short stories. I enjoy spending time with my friends. I love to snowboard. I am a well rounded, excellent student with a 3.36 GPA. I have 20+ community service hours and volunteer at my local nursing home, up until the pandemic.
