I started playing lacrosse in 6th grade. After attending some drop ins, the basics of lacrosse seemed to come easier to me than most. At the time I swam, played soccer and volleyball and decided to add lacrosse to that list. As a Freshman I was a starter on the Varisty team and played midfield. By the end of the year I was the highest scoring freshman to come through Grandville and the only freshman of my conference to be given All-conference Honorable Mention. Besides lacrosse, I was a member of both Freshman and Sophomore executive boards and the Women’s Athletic Varsity Leadership Club both years as well. I also helped with Peer to Peer when I could and took part in Younglife, which is a youth group ran through school. I haven’t decided on a major yet for college but I enjoy the History, English, and Foreign Language classes at school.
