Since the age of 7 basketball was the only sport I played. My footwork, speed, and agility allowed for a smooth transition into lacrosse. I attended Rolling Hills Prep in San Pedro, California and played on the Varsity girls basketball team as a freshman. That year we were the Division IV State Champions. I know what it is like to play competitively and I am ready for any challenge. I received the Academic Achievement Award for highest honors in Honors English and Honors Geometry. Now I attend Groton Preparatory School in Massachusetts. Groton School is one of the most prestigious boarding schools in the United States. My decision to become a boarding student and leave California was mainly to challenge myself academically and introduce myself to east coast lacrosse. At Groton I made the starting lineup for Varsity basketball and lacrosse. Our basketball team made it to the semi-finals for the state championship game. I continue to challenge myself academically by taking AP and honors classes. My extracurricular activities include completing my Gold Award for Girl Scouts, working with special needs kids, and volunteering at youth lacrosse camps. I love to watch anything lacrosse on youtube or instagram and practice dodges, shooting, and stick skills in my backyard.
