I began playing lacrosse when I was 5 years old, and I started playing goalie prior to entering middle school. I am a good communicator to my defensive players and I am supportive of my teammates on and off the field. I play for Renegades 2023, Maryland Select 2023, and my high school's varsity lacrosse team. I am part of my schools UNICEF club, as well as Students Against Voter Suppression. I also want to work in the medical field as a nurse practitioner.

Helen is a great leader in the goal, she sees and understands the offense and is a great communicator to the defense. She is fearless and hustles to win many possessions after the shot. Helen is an amazing goalie and has helped make our HS team what it is. She is a joy to coach. She is one of the best goalies in the state and the school that gets her will be a fortunate program.
