Henry Pettit
Recruit Profile
Coachable, team player, and not selfish with the ball. Great vision with strong Lax IQ - disciplined, determined and aggressive.
I started playing lacrosse at 10 years old and it quickly became my favorite sport. I started with my REC team in Peachtree City and then was introduced to my club team, Thunder, 2 years later. I've enjoyed every opportunity with the Thunder program. I played on the JV team at Starrs Mill High School when I was in the eighth grade. As a Freshman, I was put on JV, but quickly got moved up to the swing team, where I was playing both JV and Varsity. I am a good leader on both sides of the ball and can dodge and shoot comfortably with both hands. I am very good at moving off-ball and I know how to set myself up for a good feed or cut. I also work very hard on defense when playing man-to-man and when I am riding. I'm involved in several clubs at my high school, an Honor Roll student, and take my education seriously.
