Motivating team captain that is addicted to getting better every day. Constantly stepping out of his comfort zone to improve a skill or nail down a concept. Always asking questions- ultimate coach’s player. Quarterback of offense, almost all scoring plays run through him. Deceptive speed and excellent footwork always putting him in position to make the right pass or shot. Prides himself on making the right decision and if he doesn’t, he works to figure out why. Extremely high lacrosse IQ that rubs off on others- makes his teammates better.

Jack Bitman embodies what a coach wants to see out of one of his players in many facets. Jack makes no excuses, puts his nose down and works, and embraces the grind of constantly improving his game. He's one of the most consistent trainees that we work with and it shows. When I work with Jack, I'm not scared to push him out of his comfort zone as he embraces adding to his bag of tricks on the field. His speed sets him apart, and as he continues to improve I'm positive he will be successful wherever he goes with his game.
