I started playing lacrosse at age 8. Both my mother and father had played in high school and my mother was a National Champion for Princeton University in 1994. I began my career as a midfielder but by 8th grade had firmly committed to the position of goalie. I was on the Varsity team for Hackley as a 9th grader backing up a senior and won the starting spot this past year. We were undefeated league champions and we won the NYSAIS State Championship this year as well. My save percentage was .623 this year for which I was recognized with All-League honors and selected as a Captain (as a junior) for next year's team. I am also a Varsity Wrestler at 132 lbs this past year earning All League honors in that sport as well.

I am also committed to my academic success and will be taking two AP level (Chinese and Calculus) and one Advanced level course (Physics) next year. Finally, I have been selected as a Peer Advisor, a leadership position through which I will work with incoming 9th graders) for next year.
