I made the choice of being a defense men early. I am always giving it 100% on the field. I dont take days off I practice lifting or my lacrosse skills just to make sure I am the best for every day. I keep my stick distance before he doges and Keep up with some fast attack men up top always lifting and throwing fast and small distance slap checks.
