I have made it to the highest level of lacrosse not by being the most talented, but by being the hardest worker. I instruct people to do the same. I focus on the core fundamentals of lacrosse and tailor my instruction to the specific needs of the player. I also focus on weight routines, diet and can provide guidance on the recruiting process. I have coached college lacrosse for a year and am a certified lacrosse referee. My main goal is for each player to find their unique style and help them leverage that strength to reach their goals. Lacrosse has given me a lot and I want to share my skills to develop future stars. My instruction style is enthusiastic and training sessions are focused and structured. Outside of lacrosse I enjoy surfing and skiing. I can provide excellent insight into engineering and being recruited to play at the college level. Lacrosse is a lifestyle and a tool to reach your goals on the field and in the classroom and I'd be happy to help you along the way
