I started playing recreational lacrosse when I was 8 and was always on and off with it because I was also playing other sports at that time that would cause conflicts. In 7th grade, however, I fell in love with the sport and joined the T3 Shore team as a defender. The following year I was selected for the the All Lax Select team in 8th grade and continued to play defense. I have been playing with All Lax for 3 years now. After losing my freshman high school lacrosse season to Covid, I was a starting defender on the varsity team as a sophomore. This past season we won the Shore Conference Championship, NJSIAA Girls Group 2 Tournament, and made it to the second round of the Tournament of Champions for the first time in program history. Aside from lacrosse I am also a part of the girls varsity soccer and varsity basketball team at Rumson Fair Haven Regional High School. This year I will be taking 2 honors courses (Precalculus and Spanish) and one AP class (Microeconomics). I am a member of Spanish National Honors Society and have been selected as a candidate for my school's National Honor Society. During the summer I work at a small local boutique and also babysit for families in my town. In the fall I referee for youth recreational soccer games which gives me a chance to give back to one of the sports that I love with the added bonus of earning a paycheck as well.
