I first found lacrosse beginning of high school. I was looking for a sport to play and I was going to go with softball because I had experience playing it, but I ran across lacrosse and I got interested in it. I tried out not knowing what I was doing but I really wanted to understand it so I looked at multiple videos to grasp it and then I got it. I wasnt perfect, my cradling wasnt all that good but now I am confident enough to say Im amazing at it. I was put in the varsity team at my high school and played defense. Then my coach recommended to try out for a club. I play lacrosse in high school and in club now. Being a short defender can be seen as a disadvantage. I can say being short only made me realize the importance of hard work and being smart. I put in all the extra work to be a great defender and I love it. I am currently taking AP Physics and AP English Language. Im interested in being an aerospace engineer. I have been taking an engineering course at my high school for 2 years and Im now finishing the 3rd year.
