I play middie for my school and LSM for my club team. Im also a 3 year letter award winner in lacrosse and a 1 year letter award winner in football. Second team All Federal League in my junior year for football. I got the Greater Cleveland Box Lacrosse spirit of the game award and player of the game 2 times. In the winter my offseason schedule consisted of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday I would lift and workout before school for football. After school I had lacrosse lifting Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Then I'd get shots up with one of my teammates before and after school on Wednesday. I would go to NST Performance Friday night and Saturday morning. Play box lacrosse for my school on Saturday evening. Finally do speed training on Sundays and Wednesdays.
