I started playing lacrosse when I was 9 years old in a new recreational program. I started out at the midfield position and moved towards the defensive end just before I went into high school. I made my school's varsity team for lacrosse my freshman year and started in all our games before COVID-19 shut everything down. My sophomore year was my first full season in high school and I was named 2nd Team All Region and 3rd Team All State. I am also on the Varsity basketball team and captain of the Varsity field hockey team which has helped me stay in shape throughout the year and helped me with my defensive positioning. I am comfortable transitioning the ball up the field in either hand and will play midfield if needed. I am a junior this year and taking 5 AP classes and 1 Honors class. I try to do any volunteer opportunity to help younger girls who are getting into lacrosse with the local program I played for. I also volunteer at an elementary school helping in the front office by doing paperwork, running errands, and making phone calls to parents.
