Frosch was hired in August of 2018 as the team's part-time assistant coach and offensive coordinator.

In 2019, Lindenwood matched its best start in program history, winning each of its first five games, including a 16-10 season-opening victory over No. 10 Colorado Mesa. After beginning the season unranked in the USILA poll, Lindenwood quickly elevated itself to the 10th-ranked team in NCAA Division II. The Lions finished the season with a 10-5 record, the fourth time Lindenwood reached double-digit wins during its NCAA era. Lindenwood ended the year as the 17th-ranked team in the country, Along with its victory over No. 10 Colorado Mesa, the Lions also knocked off No. 19 Tampa. Lindenwood completed the season with a 7-2 record from Hunter Stadium, the most single-season home wins in the program's NCAA era.

Frosch comes to Lindenwood after three years as the head coach of Dunlap High School in Peoria, Ill. During his time at the helm of Dunlap he leads the Eagles to an overall record of 44-13, with three consecutive playoff appearances. Frosch coached 11 all-conference players and had five NCAA college commits. Frosch leads Dunlap to tournament championships at the 2016 Marmion Classic and the 2017 Hampshire Small Town Throwdown.

Prior to his coaching career, Frosch attended the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) where he studied Exercise Science and started as a midfielder for the lacrosse team. Frosch would then go on to graduate from Missouri Valley College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. While at Missouri Valley, Frosch was midfielder and a team captain. Frosch earned all-conference honors in both his junior and senior seasons while helping lead the team to its first two conference championships in program history.

Frosch is a native of Ocean Springs, Miss., where he attended Ocean Springs High School. He currently lives in St. Charles, Mo. with his wife and son.
