Background:
Coach Rualo grew up in Hillendale, MD and played under the tutelage of Frank Kelly III (Cornell, Baltimore Thunder, FCA) at Calvert Hall College Prep H.S. in Towson, MD. Under Frank Kelly, Coach Rualo experienced tremendous high school success and would go on to experience similar success on the Division I stage at Mt. St. Marys of the NEC Conference. Coach Rualo also played on USCLA Champion Mt. Washington Tavern during his post-collegiate career alongside some of the greatest players to ever play.

Coach Rualo is currently faceoff & midfield coordinator for Calvert Hall College H.S. & he is also formerly Team New Zealand Midfield Coordinator (2014 World Games) and is a featured Coach at Under Armour All-America Lacrosse, Brine National Lacrosse Classic, Warrior National Prospect Invitational and All World Lacrosse Camp as well as holding a post for several top-tier Club Lacrosse Programs throughout the country.

Coach Rualo has mentored many Baltimore Face Off Midfielders who have achieved the highest levels of success throughout DI, DII and DIII NCAA Lacrosse & Professional Lacrosse namely Stephen Kelly (UNC), Hunter Moreland (JHU), Connor Harryman (Rutgers), Jake Brothers (UMBC), Duncan Campbell (Salisbury), Lance Pavlina (FIT), Jake Glatz (Penn State), Michael Autry (Bellarmine), Felix Knorr (Towson) & many others.
