Profile
Building on Confidence, Fundamentals, Conditioning, Lacrosse IQ, Self-Awareness, and Discipline

I have 14 years of experience at the coaching level, 3 of which involved being a head JV coach for both Livingston HS (NJ) and Spring Lake HS (MI) (2009-2011), 2 years as the head coach at St. Rose in Belmar, NJ (2012-2013), where most recently I completed 6 years as the head coach for Lakeland Regional HS (NJ) (2014-2019). In addition to these high school programs, I have been the head coach for all rising HS age-groups for Trilogy's Makos and Diesel teams (NJ), as well as 5 years with the Patriot Elite program (NJ) both coaching field and box.

Throughout my experience I've dealt with many levels of player types, ranging from ages 9-18, on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. I played and graduated from Ithaca College in 2006. I am still an active player of the sport, which I feel is a strong component of staying involved with the growth and evolution of lacrosse.

Outside of lacrosse, I am a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Management, working for the State of NJ, along with 10 years worth of experience as an adjunct professor in the field of Geology, at Montclair State University (NJ). Being an educator is something I bring to both academia and lacrosse. The one trait I demand from all of my players is to practice and play like students of the game, growing through practical teaching moments.
