Coach Jim Hill trains and coaches players around the USA. He is a Coach and Clinician at various College Showcases for Corrigan Sports Enterprises, 3d Lacrosse and Under Armour Academy to name a few.

Coach Hill has been in the South Florida Community for decades. In addition to providing quality training, he also assists players on all levels to maximize their potential and to envision the possibilities. He coached on the original Saint Thomas Aquinas girls team, which won the Club State Championship and was integral in starting up American Heritage Plantation and assisting other school programs and clubs, like the University of Miami Women's Lacrosse team.

He is the current Head Coach Girl's Varsity for Archbishop McCarthy High School and Head Coach for Florida Atlantic University Women's Lacrosse team.
In addition, is the Coach Hill is also a Professional Team Builder and Speaker for various groups and organizations.
