Relentless, fearless, and strategic, I bring a full-throttle style of lacrosse with an unmatched work rate on the field and work ethic off the field. I seek out and thrive in high-pressure competition under difficult conditions.

I leverage cross-over skills from years of elite soccer training, having been selected to play for the U.S. Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (ODP) and Seattle (OL) Reign Academy. I have trained in both women's and men's lacrosse tactics and mindsets, and I understand a wide variety of offensive, defensive, and transition concepts. This background gives me an appreciation for not only prevailing, but also unorthodox, methods and strategies. A vocal leader, I can shift from defender to midfielder smoothly and ambidextrously.

As a student of the game, I am highly coachable with a high ceiling. After one year of intense lacrosse training starting in high school (never having played before then), I was able to match up against high-caliber players.

Lacrosse is in my DNA, as several members of my family have played (including my great-grandfather for the U.S. Naval Academy, my father for Stanford University, and my brothers for elite local clubs and NDP programs).
