Coachable, high lacrosse IQ, scrappy, fast, aggressive, strong, determined, multi-sport, high honors, 4.4 GPA.
I started playing lacrosse in 2nd grade, and have loved the sport ever since. I have very strong one on one defensive abilities and am effective on the offensive side of the field as well. I pride myself on my determination, coach-ability, endurance, and sportsmanship. I am a varsity cross-country runner (CT State Championship Team 2018) and was selected for the All SWC Academic Team (2018/19) (5:56 mile time). This 2020 season I was also proudly selected to be the Captain of my Cross Country team. Additionally, in high school, I play basketball and enjoy wake boarding and snowboarding. I was the only full time starting freshmen varsity player for New Fairfield High School Girls Lacrosse. My freshman year we won the Class S state championship as well as the SWC championship. I play summer club lacrosse for Gold Coast Gold 2022, and I was on the Under Armour all American CONNY team (2019 & 2020) and the Maverik North team (2019). I have a 4.38 GPA, high honors, am in the National Honors Society for World Language. I am enrolled in all honors and AP courses including Accelerated Chemistry and AP History. I am also in the top 10% decile in my class. I have great leadership qualities and was chosen to be a Rebel Ambassador for my High School. I was elected class officer during both freshman and sophomore year. I was selected by Synchrony Financial to be an Extern to lead groups of children from around the world in educational activities through the summer of 2020. I also love to give back to my community. I have raised over $1,500 for my local veterans' association and am a volunteer camp counselor at my town's summer camp. In addition to being chosen to speak at my 8th-grade graduation, I received the Principal's Award for Excellence, the Physical Education Award, and was an honorable mention for the National Spanish Exam.
I am a hard working, tenacious, scrappy lacrosse player who loves the game.
